The role of legal department includes providing legal and regulatory support to all departments/ functions through:

A) Reviewing, drafting employment contracts and various commercial agreements/ documents in a timely and business focused manner.

B) Maintain and manage all relevant licenses and permits.

C) Manage all litigation work on behalf of the organization and act as legal consultant for the organization.
