The application status can be checked with Partner Bank using the application reference number, as may be provided while applying for the Co-Branded Credit Card.

On successful card issuance, a Member will get an email confirmation from both Bank and IndiGo. The Member needs to activate the card (as per Bank process). New IndiGo BluChip Members can activate their IndiGo BluChip Account by logging in to www.goIndiGo.in and setting up their account.

No, applicant may choose to create Membership Number before applying for credit card for faster onboarding experience. However, Membership Number can also be generated at the time of card application in case applicant does not have Membership Number previously created.

IndiGo BluChips balance will remain intact in your IndiGo BluChip Account that can be accessed using the 9-digit unique IndiGo BluChip Membership Number. However, you will lose the other privileges associated with the card.

“IndiGo BluChips” can be earned by Co-Branded Credit Card Member when they make spends using their Co-Branded Credit Card on eligible spend categories as per the Bank Terms and Conditions. “IndiGo BluChip Voucher” is a non-refundable voucher which may be issued to Members against their Co-Branded Credit Card, upon payment of Joining/Annual Fees, as activation benefit, upon completion of spend milestone or any other criteria as per the IndiGo BluChip Program’s Terms and Conditions.

IndiGo BluChips and IndiGo BluChips Voucher (annual / milestone / activation) can be redeemed through the IndiGo’s website and mobile app against flight fare (base fare and fuel surcharge). These may be applied on the payment page. Please read the Terms & Conditions here.

“6E Eats Voucher” refers to discount vouchers, which provides an IndiGo BluChip Member the option to choose an in-flight snack at a discounted price.
“6E Prime” refers to a specialized service offered by IndiGo that provides an IndiGo BluChip Member with a combination of products and services viz. seat, snack and IndiGo Fast Forward service.

To redeem add-on vouchers, during booking a flight simply add them to your selection on the add-on page and the discount will be applied. Make sure to attach the voucher next to a Member or a registered nominee. The utilization of such vouchers shall be governed by program T&Cs.

Yes, IndiGo BluChips Voucher can be clubbed with 6E Eats Voucher and/or 6E Prime in the manner set out in the Terms and Conditions. IndiGo BluChips Voucher can also be clubbed with IndiGo BluChips, and balance payment can be made using Cash/ Cash equivalent. However, the IndiGo BluChips Voucher can be used in a single journey and cannot be clubbed with another IndiGo BluChips Voucher.

No, IndiGo BluChips awarded to the Members have lifetime validity if the Member is Program active in the last 24 months. Any activity, earn or burn, on IndiGo or its partner network is considered for being program active. The IndiGo BluChip Vouchers are valid for booking and travel within 6 months of BluChips Voucher issuance.

In case of cancellation of bookings made against IndiGo BluChip Voucher, the entire Voucher amount will be forfeited. Modification of bookings made against IndiGo BluChip Voucher is not allowed. Member will have to cancel the old booking and make a new booking.

6E Rewards Program was a program owned, managed and operated by IndiGo wherein Members could earn 6E Rewards by using IndiGo’s Co-branded Cards This program has been discontinued & replaced IndiGo BluChips Loyalty Program that offers enhanced benefits.

Starting Mid- 2025, IndiGo will be transitioning from 6E Rewards to IndiGo BluChip Program. Your existing bookings, accruals, and account balance will not be affected. You will get more information from our teams on next steps and when migration is complete, and features have been restored.

Your 6E Rewards account will be transitioned to IndiGo BluChip Account. Details about the transition will be provided soon by IndiGo BluChips team via email and SMS.

Yes, you can continue to use your existing Co-Branded Credit Card during the migration, which is expected to happen in mid of 2025. It will continue to accrue 6E Rewards, which will be converted to IndiGo BluChips.

Yes, you will be issued a new card plastic after migration & upon activation IndiGo BluChip Member will start earning IndiGo BluChips.

The applicable refund amount will be credited to the Member’s new IndiGo BluChip Account in the form of IndiGo BluChips.

There will be no change to your nominees. You can nominate up to 5 individuals, with an option to change nominees once every 365 days.
