Our Cabin Crew department is responsible for providing a delightful service experience to passengers and maintaining high standards of service quality. The prime responsibility of our crew is the safety and security of passengers on board. Before they get onto the aircraft as a flying crew, they undergo intensive training for a period of three months. Our cabin crew are brand ambassadors of IndiGo and are well trained to deal with all situations - no matter how tough - with poise and grace. We take pride in the fact that our Cabin Crew are from all walks of life, which means you don't need previous Cabin Crew experience to join us. We are more interested in what you can bring to IndiGo. Eligibility Criteria

Cabin Attendant Grade Training - For candidates with no prior flying experience

  • Female Indian nationals, with an Indian Passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.
  • Educational Qualification: A minimum of 10+2, from a recognised Board or University.
  • Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi.
  • Height and Weight: A minimum of 155 cms, and weight proportionate to BMI.
  • Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

Mandatory Guidelines

  1. The candidate must come well prepared and have comprehensive knowledge of the eligibility criteria, cabin-crew profile, and the company, on the day of the assessment.
  2. The dress code for the interview is a half-sleeve shirt and a knee-length well fitted skirt with black stockings. However, please do take adequate precautions against any adverse weather conditions.
  3. The candidate must carry 2 passport size photographs, soft copy along with 1 printed copy of updated resume and photocopies of 10th and 12th mark sheets from a recognised board or university, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Passport.
  4. The candidate must mention the source of information of the interview, age, height, weight and the Application ID (received post applying online) on top of their resume.
  5. A passport size picture of the candidate should be duly stapled on the top of the candidate’s CV.
  6. Only the candidates are allowed at the assessment location.
  7. The assessment day may extend to a full-day process. Each candidate is expected to come fully prepared for this.
  8. Any candidate who has previously worked with IndiGo or any other InterGlobe group company, is requested to share their updated CV with us on hiring.support@goindigo.in, with the subject line:- “IGA xxxx – Rehire Application” (Please mention your IGA code in place of xxxx). Please note that we will get back to you in 10 working days of receiving such an application. The candidate must not walk-in for the interview process without confirmation of re-hire. Also, we will not respond to any emails which are not written in the given format, or are irrelevant.
  9. If selected, we expect the candidate to be open to the idea of relocation. IndiGo has many offices all over the country. However the hiring is done, basis the availability and requirement of the company.
  10. The Body-Mass Index requirement for the job profile is 18-22. The candidate’s height and weight will be checked on the day of the interview, and only on complete fitment will the candidate be forwarded to the next round.
  11. Post selection, the candidate will have to be in Gurgaon for three months (approximately) of training, and clear all DGCA examinations required to fetch a flying license before being relocated to their respective bases.
